Change Grow Live

We work with people who want to change their lives for the better and achieve positive and life-affirming goals. We believe that everyone has the right to lead the best life they can. Our accessible services empower people to improve their health and wellbeing and take control of the direction of their lives.

We always listen to our service users and review our outcomes to constantly develop and improve what we do. Our staff work in integrated teams of health and social care professionals, peer mentors, volunteers and service user representatives to offer service users options tailored to their specific needs. Our staff care passionately about the people they empower and demonstrate our organisational values in every aspect of their working lives. They are ambitious about the outcomes our service users can achieve and persistent in their efforts to help everyone make positive changes.

MIDAS Zion Centre

CGL's teams work in partnership with service users to assess their requirements and to plan individual treatment plans and support. Our services include assessment, information and advice, treatment and referral, and are designed to meet the needs of service users who use drugs and alcohol. We try to inspire service users to work towards abstinence as a goal, and to help them appreciate the value that abstinence can bring to their health and wellbeing. However, we do believe in service user choice and will support service users on longer term treatment journeys if that’s what they choose. Respecting the wishes of our service users and creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment is an integral part of our ethos and service delivery.
