The Homeless Music Lesson Center offers free Music Education & Job Training program for previously homeless, disabled veterans, handicapped and socially disadvantaged members within the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles. Each student is referred by a partnering social service organization within Skid Row and is interviewed by the Homeless Music Lesson Center prior to being submitted to a 1 year music curriculum.
